Rules and Regulations

• No compressed air or gasses
• No flammable material such as gasoline.
• No active working such as a mechanic or other tradesman-type operation that uses the space as an active shop.
• No daily meeting for workers.
• No work of any type to be performed in the units.
• No overnight parking or extended parking of any type.
• No outside storage; all items must be stored inside units.
• Gate access hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week
